THE BEIJING DUCKS CC

The Beijing Ducks Cricket Club are based in Beijing and aim to become the social highlight of any cricket teams season. 

 

Formed in 2016 over a few beers by T -Bag, Double D and Cheese the Ducks went on to quickly recruit members from all around Beijing.

 

Starting with a few social games and entering the Beijing Cricket Clubs T20 league in 2016 gave us a good start to our debut season. We entered and somehow won the 2016 Nanjing Rural 6's competition and brought back the coveted "Sean Connery Shield of Dreams".

 

2017 saw us play a full T25 league season in the BCC league finishing 4th and runners up in the T20 Cup competition.

We tried defending our Nanjing glory from 2016 and failed to repeat the success mainly due to enjoying the social side a little too much.

We took a little trip to the Philippines in Nov 2017 for another sixes competition and surprisingly reached the semi finals.
 

2018 will see us playing in the BCC league again and with trips planned to Chiang Mai, Nanjing, The Philippines, Mongolia and who knows where else!

 

We look forward to the coming season and all its highs and lows.
